HOW IT ALL CAME TO LIFE
Ishtriahan, had a life changing experience 16 years ago, which he describes like this:
"I felt called to make a commitment to my own Spirit. To orchestrate a sacred union within myself and unite the mother and father within me. I met an indigenous priestess of the Mapuche people in my homeland, Chile. I explained to her my calling and she told me: “This is an ancient ritual of our people that has been lost over generations.”
I asked if she could hold a ceremony of inner marriage for my being. And she did. After this sacred union, I was able to dedicate my life to following the path of my higher purpose and authentically express my real self.
This initiation gave me so much clarity about my purpose and so much power in my life. I have decided to share this tradition with those who feel called to do as I did".
That is when he decided to invite along a dear friend that has been walking a similar path, Benjo, and together create this unique experience.

The purpose of this sacred union is to create a ritual that helps you commit to the path of your Spirit.
When you marry someone, it is not the end of the story, it is the beginning. You can see this union as the beginning of your story, the opening of a door to your authentic self.
It is the rite of sacred priesthood, the marriage with one’s own being. We will revive and share an ancestral rite that used to be present in all traditions, but was lost little by little over time.
Our goal is to recover and reclaim this ancient knowledge, and to reinterpret it for today’s times by creating a sacred space to initiate and confirm our commitment to the service of life.
what you can expect from this retrat
We will meet for this retreat in Iceland, one of the most unique places on Earth; for some, it is even the heart of the planet. For three days and three nights during the winter solstice - the period of greatest darkness - we will experience an initiatory process of unity with the sacred source of life and our own divinity.
Through workshops, rituals and practices related to alchemy and shamanism, we will heal and release karmic ties that bind us to our feminine and masculine lineages. This will prepare our bodies and spirits for the ceremony of inner marriage on the final evening.
Through this process, we can transcend and honour our lineages to peacefully integrate the unity of our roots and our own being. We will close this experience by praying together for unity and harmony for humanity, the Earth and all its living beings.

His work is characterised by integrating academic knowledge in psychology, coaching, and shamanism. With a focus on guiding individuals through processes of healing and the integration of their paternal and maternal lineages, to help them honor and embody the energy of the sacred masculine.
Throughout his career, Benjamin has played a significant role in bridging ancestral shamanic wisdom with academic knowledge in psychology.

Day 1: Friday June 14th
Initial contact with the land, the place and your companions in this gathering, to live together this amazing experience.

18:00 - 19:30: Meeting with the group, introduction and conversation.
20:00 - 21:30: Opening dinner.
THE ARRIVAL
SACRED UNION RITE
Day 3: Sunday June 16th
9:00 - 10:45: Physioenergetic Alchemy Practice: Exercises and meditation to awaken the Body of Light.
11:00 - 12:00: Breakfast.
12:30 - 14:00: Workshop 1:
Ritual for the Preparation of Purpose.
14:00 - 18:00: Workshop 2: Sauna (optional), integration, and rest.
18:00: Ceremony with sacred Medicines of the Earth. This ceremony will see us through the end of the day.
HEALING OF ANCESTRAL LINAGES
Day 2: Saturday June 15th
4:30 - 5:00: Morning meeting and meditation.
5:00: We Live the place to go in our trip to explore the magical places in nature.
06:00 - 08:00: Helgufoss - the Holy Waterfall. In this sacred place we will have the Healing Ceremony for the mother and maternal Lineage for the Awakening of the Sacred Feminine.
08:00 - 09:00: Breakfast in Nature
10:00 - 12:30. Thingvellir National Park: Guided by the power of the place where the American and the
European plates meet, we will have the Healing Ceremony with the Father and Paternal Lineage
for the Awakening of the Sacred Masculine.
13:30 - 17:30: Lunch at Solsetrid + time to rest and integrate.
17:30 - 19:00: Sauna with the purpose of honoring and thanking the ancestors.
19:00 - 20:00: Dinner.

The retreat will take place in a retreat center that was created in a way that evokes an ancient ceremonial Viking space. Located at the foot of the Dragon Mountain.
It is a welcoming, sacred and cozy setting, that invites us all to come back home, to our roots. where we will feel safe, contained, warm and protected from the cold wetaher. Much like in our mother's womb.
We will share the space*, physically and energetically, making it intimate and safe to carry out deep and transformational inner work.
